What a glorious day it was on Sunday – Air temp was about 12 degC, water temp 11 degC – sunshine was well received medicine for everyone this weekend!

We had a fantastic turnout for the 1st of the Turkey Series of 21 swimmers! It was great to see some new faces and welcome some back – super to see you back Terry.

Most swimmers went around the island, some went twice (or did the equivalent of) and one went for a triple…Yes, that would be you Finbarr!!

There were so many swimmers it seemed appropriate to reduce the draw entry to €2 …. and that is what it will be going forward.

Thanks to all who turned up, provided home baking (they were yummy Catherine!) & tea!

The time for Loch Ine this coming weekend has been changed to 1 pm due to daylight more than anything.

There will also be some changes to include more Sunday swims, I will email out on this later.
