Hello again folks,

Big welcome back for Sylvain Estadieu during his brief visit before heading to the Cold Water Championships this coming weekend 22nd Jan and then on further afield to New Zealand.

Great to see a big gang out to swim at Sandycove in Jan – the sun was shining and get this, the water was 9 degrees C – could have been July! Mags and Paul were back also – ya just missed the pic!

Most of us swam to the island/ bouy and a few swam a good 30 mins on the inside of the island while Gabor and Sylvain took off around the island.
